Can I Sell My Property During Lockdown?
Yes. You Can Still Sell Your Home During Lockdown Using Relevant Safety Measures
Estate Agents are still able to visit your property during lockdown to take marketing photos, measurements for floorplans and videos where needed, as long as they follow relevant safety measures.
If necessary, you can also visit estate agent offices (including ours!) by appointment only.

Are Property Viewings Still Allowed During Lockdown?
Yes. You Can Still View Properties Or Undertake Viewings Of Your Property For Sale During Lockdown.
During lockdown, viewings in person can still be made, with prior appointment only. During your property viewings, remember to follow social distancing measures where possible, maintaining a 2 metre distance.
There should be no more than two households present during any property viewing (at Open House Wigan, we recommend a maximum of two viewers per property viewing), which includes estate agents. In most cases, this means that either home owners or an estate agent will undertake a property viewing, but not both. If you’re unsure of how this works, please speak to us.
Estate agents should wear face coverings and relevant PPE during all property viewings.
Can I Move House During Lockdown?
Yes. You Can Still Move House During Lockdown Using Members Of Your Support Bubble.
If you’re moving home during lockdown, you should only do so with other members of your household or support bubble.
During lockdown, estate agents and removal companies can still operate, following national guidance, so you’re still able to appoint professional moving services.
